Baccus moderates User Content, and any User Content falling outside of the guidelines below is

subject to not being published and/or being removed. Repeated violations of the guidelines may

result in blockage from Baccus’ Social Media.

• We don’t allow defamatory, indecent, offensive, profane, discriminatory, misleading,

unlawful or threatening comments.

• Only post content if you have the proper permission from its rightful owners. If it belongs

to someone else, please don’t post it. Copyrighted and trademarked material and other

intellectual property will be flagged for removal.

• Personal attacks, name-calling, trolling and abuse will not be tolerated.

• Spamming, posting promotional material or posting links to third party websites is not

permitted.

• We reserve the right to delete comments at our discretion and block any repeat offenders.

We will remove content that is fraudulent, deceptive or misleading.

• Coordinated group attacks will not be tolerated.

• Respect that other people in the community have had different life experiences and may

have a different perspective to yours. We welcome different viewpoints.

• Our community is a public place. Don’t post personal information that you would not be

comfortable sharing with a stranger. We recommend that you don’t post any information

that may identify you or anyone else, such as your address, email address or phone number.

• Employees participating in the discussion in our community are reminded of the staff

social media guidelines.

By posting on Baccus Social Media, you grant us the right to freely use or reproduce your content

and any ideas or techniques contained in them, in any form or media, including on Social Media,

our websites, and in our business. Any unsolicited ideas or suggestions you post on our Social

Media will automatically become property of Baccus without limitation, with no obligation for us

to compensate you. In addition, when you post on our Social Media, your name, likeness and/or

social media handle will be visible and associated with your post. If we re-use your post elsewhere,

we may display your name, likeness and handle there as well.
